What to expect?       

Below is a table showing the time we expect it will take to connect your AAPT services, so you know when to expect to be up and running. If you have ordered a home phone and internet bundle we have to connect your home phone first and then your broadband, so you should start counting the estimated time for connecting your broadband from the time your phone line is connected.


Changing suppliers? New connection?
Home Phone and/or Dial Up up to 5 working days. up to 2 working days.
Broadband 5-10 working days 7-12 working days

SIM only? New handset & SIM
Mobile 3-5 working days 7-10 working days

 
Note:           
- These leadtimes are indicative only. If you require a technician or live in a remote area please allow an extra 5-15 days on these leadtimes.        
- If you have ordered Broadband, your starter kit should arrive within 5 days of your service becoming active.
