You can save even more with AAPT.  We offer a range of ways to save money from the plans you buy, the number and types of services you have with us and the way you choose to manage your account.

Finding a phone plan that fits you

Subscription plans like Homechat® are a great way to get more value from the calls you make and give you greater certainty around the size of your bill each month.

Homechat ®, and our mobile capped plans give you more value from the calls you make for a fixed monthly price. You’ll get a monthly allowance at a discounted rate and be able to make as many calls as you like up to that value. Once you've reached your subscription limit, calls made are charged at standard call rates – eg. without penalty. That’s different from the way that some of our competitors operate. Our plans cover most call types and allow you to take advantage of call caps inside your subscription.

For example, on the $89 Homechat plan give you $200 worth of call value. And with Homechat®, you'll get even more value in that through your regular call caps within the call plan you choose. So you can talk longer and still save. 

Wherever possible, we try to extend the principle of paying no more than your subscription rate to our internet plans also. On our broadband plans, should you surpass your download allowance, your speed will be reduced rather than charging you more and blowing your budget.

Bundling

Save even more when you sign up to more than one service

When you buy two or more services from us, you’re bundling. For example, when you bundle your home phone and internet with AAPT, you save $10 each month on the price of standalone internet. The convenience of receiving and paying just one bill also saves you time so you can get on with the more important things in life.

Paying your bill the easy way

With subscription and capped plans, no excess charges on your internet plan with nothing more to pay, your monthly bill takes a step closer to becoming a fixed cost, much like your insurance premium spread over the year. In which case, paying by direct debit makes a lot of sense saving you time and money. You'll save $2 per month and goodness knows how much time and hassle. If you’re filing and bill paying system at home isn’t great, and you occasionally go into overdue because you forget to pay you’ll save on overdue fees and non-payment penalties. Receiving your bill online

With the environment being of keen interest of late and self storage being a necessity of those who like to keep a record of everything, receiving your bill online could be for you. You receive your bill faster than by regular post, you can save it to your hard drive which takes up less space, you save $2 each month for doing so and possibly most importantly, you save the need to use up paper when it can be avoided - which saves the environment. We’ll let you know when your bill is ready by sending an email or an SMS – whichever you prefer. You can also look at this any time during the month to see where you’re at.

What’s even better is you don’t need to do anything to sign up to online billing – you’re signed up automatically so just let us know when you’re comfortable using your online bill and when you are adjust your preferences to turn off the paper and save the trees!
