Home phone charges

1Monthly rental on your home phone - You may notice two line rental amounts on your first bill. This is because line rental is billed in advance. Normally you will only have this charged once in advance.
2 Homechat® Your monthly subscription - This is your monthly Homechat® subscription, billed in arrears.
3Homechat® calls - These are call charges that fall within your monthly Homechat® included value.
4Non-Homechat® calls - These are calls that are not included in your monthly Homechat® value such as calls to 1900 numbers.

Here's where you can help yourself to take control of your account. Whether it's the way you get your bill or pay it, or keeping your details up to date, you can do it all here. All you need is your AAPT user name (or your account number) and your password.

You'll need your account and invoice numbers to pay your bill either online, BPay or over the phone. They always appear on the top right of your online bill, additionally you will have received your new account number and password with your welcome pack.
