Home phone charges
Monthly rental on your home phone - You may notice two line rental amounts on your first bill. This is because line rental is billed in advance. Normally you will only have this charged once in advance.
Homechat® Your monthly subscription
- This is your monthly Homechat® subscription, billed in arrears.
Homechat® calls - These are call charges that fall within your monthly Homechat® included value.
Non-Homechat® calls - These are calls that are not included in your monthly Homechat® value such as calls to 1900 numbers.


Mobile charges
Mobile Cap Your monthly subscription
- You may notice two mobile subscription amounts on your first bill. This is because subscription is billed in advance. Normally you will only have this charged once in advance.
Mobile Cap calls - These are call charges that fall within your monthly included value.
Non Mobile Cap calls - These are calls that are not included in your monthly included value, such as directory assistance calls or international roaming calls.


Internet charges - broadband
Monthly access
- This is your monthly internet access charge, billed in arrears.
Your monthly usage
- This relates to your usage allowance and is always a zero amount as AAPT does not charge for excess usage.
