If you signed up with AAPT prior to the 4th June 07, please continue to call 13 88 86 from 8am - 6pm (AEST) from Monday to Friday for service or sales. Or, if you're calling about a fault on your line or service, we're available 24/7.

Or are you a recent customer?

If you signed up with us after the 4th of June 07 and would like to speak to us about your bill, making a payment or moving house, you can call us on 135 005 between 8am - 10pm (AEST) from Monday to Friday. Or, if you're calling about a fault on your line or service, we're available 24/7.

Want to set up your mobile?

Whether you bring your own mobile number with you, or choose a new number with us, getting set up is easy. Once you’ve received your SIM card, you can call on 133 007 to set up your mobile over the phone.
